I’ve had to keep learning the same lessons over and over again.
Time will never stop creeping forward. If I let the days go by without any effort to meet my goals, surprise, I will never meet those goals. If I work a little bit each day, then one day I’ll stop and realize that they, I finished that sweater! I finished that story! I can finally do ten pull-ups!
Most of the lessons I fail to learn boil down to that. I am the world’s greatest procrastinator, so it’s a daily struggle with my lazier nature. So I’m hoping with the steady build of new habits, eventually I’ll become the sort of person who writes more words every day, the sort of person who exercises regularly, the kind of person who finishes everything she starts.
If you’re an aspiring writer too, these blog posts have been very inspiring to me recently, both by writers I love and admire. (I highly recommend their novels too).

They’re worth a read. And even if you don’t want to write, maybe they’ll still inspire you to go out, kick ass, and take some names in the field of your choice.
Thanks for reading. Peace out ~
